Salade de la Maison by Dr. Chahla Lemaire

Ingredients
Peppers
Onions or echalliotte
Tomatoes
Green and Black Olives
Cucumbers
Beets
Apple pieces
Mandarin
Roquefort Cheese
Provencal Herbs
Endive or Frisee Lettuce
Batavia Lettuce
Laitue Lettuce

Sometime you can put in:
Pineapple slices and juice Almonds or Pistachios Grapefruit and Orange pulp from morning juice - RECYCLE -RECYCLE- RECYCLE

Put in Salade Bowl or plate depending for how many and mix together

You can't have this salade with out a Delicious Mustard Sauce

Take two big spoons of mustard
10 pinches of salt
Lemon juice
Grapefruit juice
Twice as much vinegar

Shake, Move your feet, if you don't dance it won't work
Note: Not advised with socks, wear your dancing shoes - This goes with all recipes - it always make everything have that extra special taste

Last put not least, Add Olive Oil and repeat dance moves

Enjoy with every meal!!!
